Nioh ออกเสียงว่า “NI-OH” เป็นผลงานเกม Action/RPG จากทาง Koei Tecmo (ในญี่ปุ่น) และจัดจำหน่ายโดย Sony Interactive Entertainment ที่มอบหมายให้ทาง Team Ninja พัฒนาตั้งแต่ปี 2004

ตัวละครหลักอ้างอิงมาจากบุคคลในประวัติศาสตร์ เป็นซามูไรชาวตะวันตกชื่อ William Adams ในเกมเป็นเหตุการณ์ ในยุคสงครามกลางเมือง ราวปี 1600 ห้วงเวลามืดมนของยุค Sengoku เสริมจินตนาการให้  William ออกล่าเหล่าปีศาจด้วยพลัง และอำนาจเหนือธรรมชาติ

สไตล์การเล่นเกม คล้าย Dark Souls และ The Witcher อาวุธมีทั้ง ดาบ หอก ธนู และมีดสั้น การเลือกเปลี่ยนอาวุธ ในระหว่างต่อสู้ สามารถทำได้โดยฉับไว
